In Kronstadt will take place the exhibition “Invincible Admiral: the Holy righteous warrior Fyodor Ushakov”

    

In celebration of Day of the Navy from July 25 to September 15, 2018 at the Kronstadt Naval Cathedral will host a unique exhibition dedicated to the invincible Admiral Feodor Ushakov. The exhibition will be presented more than 20 rarities: unique documents, battle maps, photos, and awards icons Fyodor Ushakov.

The exposition tells about the life of the famous Russian naval commander, his victories, the attitude of the sailors and chosen the monastic path at the end of life on earth.

Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov the Russian naval commander, Admiral, who suffered no defeat, and not lost in the battle a single ship that wins in 43 fights.

The exhibition is organized by the Centre for cultural cooperation name of St. Spyridon together with the Russian State military-historical archive, with the support of the Commander of the Naval fleet. Educational exhibition “Invincible Admiral: the Holy righteous warrior Fyodor Ushakov” was successfully held in many cities of Russia and Abroad.

The opening ceremony will take place on 25 July 2018 at 15.00 at the address: Kronstadt, Yakornaya square, 1, the Kronstadt Naval Cathedral
