The Federal Agency for press and mass communications (Rospechat) and the international press club has summarized the all-Russian contest of mass media “Patriot of Russia – 2018” for the best coverage in electronic and print media of the topic of Patriotic education. This contest is designed to stimulate and encourage the media to a bright and comprehensive coverage of Patriotic themes, education of the younger generation in a Patriotic spirit.
21 June 2018, a meeting of the jury. We are pleased to announce that one of the winners in the nomination “Serve the Motherland” became the author of the Maxim Vasyunov (2nd place – Silver medal, diploma).
Maxim awarded for the following:
1. “And the prayer is quiet. What we noticed in the legendary film of Stanislav Rostotsky”. (30.04.2018). The article is devoted to the history of the cult film “the dawns here are quiet”, his influence on the Patriotic education of Russians, the spiritual meanings of the movie and the fate of the film.
2. “The first time I sincerely prayed when he was seriously injured”. (11.10.2017). Interview with war correspondent Alexander Kots about his trips to Chechnya, Syria and other hot spots of the world, of the miraculous rescue during the attack on Grozny, about friendship, about war, about the role of Russian soldiers in return for peace in the middle East.
3. “Morning Collections” (13.11.2017). This article is about the life of a young priest in a dying village – the rector of the Dormition temple in the village of Kaluga region Collection of father Dmitry Torshin.
