“Consecration” Archimandrite Gabriel (Krytiny) was held at the Cathedral of the UAOC in Lviv
“Episcopal consecration” by Archimandrite Gabriel (Krytiny) to “the Bishop of Rivne and Volyn” of the UAOC took place on September 2.
The decision on the appointment of a cleric of the UOC Manager of the Rivne-Volyn “diocese” of the UAOC was taken on July 25. This was announced on his page in Facebook, the representative of the UAOC Ruslan Matvienko.
“Ordination”, held the Cathedral of the Dormition in Lviv, headed by the Hierarch Macarius, Maletić. Before the service, now already a former cleric of the UOC confessed the Orthodox faith, reading the Symbol of faith.
The ceremony was also attended by former Archimandrite Viktor of the UOC Bed, which is in search of “his Church” first tried to become a Bishop of the UOC-KP, and then moved to UAOC.
