Australian worship group “Hillsong United” made a revolution in modern praise and adoration of such hits as “Oceans” and “Lead me to the cross”. Now about this group made a documentary. It’s called “Let hope rise”. The film opens in limited release on 16 September. And just released a quick clip from the movie.
“What we’re doing, I would have metaphorically compared with the cross — says one of the participants. — When you look at the cross, you see the vertical part and horizontal, resembling the outstretched hands. I really like this feature. First we meet with God and understand that He loves us, and then we in turn love God and honor Him. That’s what worship is. If it is done honestly and sincerely, then we have no choice but to reach out and love others. This is the whole meaning of the gospel.”
Several years ago worship leader “Hillsong” Check Darlene was fighting cancer. But today, we are pleased to report that she recovered and is head of one Church in New South Wales, Australia.
