Berry fruit crumble


  • 4 apples,
  • 1 Cup strawberries,
  • 0.5 cups blueberries
  • 1 orange,
  • 1 Cup of flour,
  • 1 Cup of rolled oats,
  • 0.5 Cup sunflower seeds,
  • 0.5 cups of vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cups of sugar,
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Crumble will be more useful if the sugar is replaced with honey, which you can pour the dessert before the meal.

Method of preparation:

Slice the apples, mix them with berries, put in a baking dish. Crumble is better to cook in small cups, as the basis of his very fragile and easily loses its shape, so its easier to eat straight from the ramekins. From top to pour the orange juice, sprinkle one tablespoon of sugar.

Mix flour, cereal, seeds, sugar and salt. Add the oil and mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting mass on top of the berries. Bake for 30 minutes at temperature 180 – 200°C.
