We give you an easy raw food recipe of the cake. All the ingredients of this miracle drug are a true source of vitamins and minerals that will take care of your body.
Fruit chocolate miracle
For the first layer:
- 1 Cup peanuts (or any nuts, sunflower seeds),
- 1 Cup pitted dates,
- 0.5 cups raisins,
- 0.5 cups of dried apricots.
For the second layer:
- 3 bananas
- 1 Cup applesauce,
- 1 teaspoon with a slide of agar-agar (gelatin substitute vegetable origin),
- 2 tablespoons of carob (a substitute for cocoa, not containing caffeine)
- 1 Cup of water.
For third layer:
- 2 cups water
- 0.5 cups of peanuts or any other nuts
- 1 teaspoon honey or 2 drops stevia syrup (herb-natural sweetener).
- 1 teaspoon with a slide of agar-agar.
For decoration you can use fruit or dried fruit and carob.
The first layer
Wash all fruits under running water, remove pits from dates.
Mince all dried fruits (mince or use a blender).
Grind separately pre-dried and peeled peanuts or nuts.
Connect both of the resulting mass.
Take a collapsible baking pan. Cover the bottom layer of parchment paper or cling film, to keep the cake from sticking to the form.
Lay out a layer of dried fruits and nuts in the form and level. The first layer is ready!
The second layer
Peel the bananas, put them in a deep bowl, grind immersion blender, add applesauce, 2 tablespoons of carob, beat again blender.
In a metal container with 1 Cup of water, combine with 1 teaspoon of agar-agar. Put it on the stove, allow to boil, diminish the heat and cook for about 5 minutes. This mass is connected with a lot of bananas and apples. Beat with a blender. Pour the cream on the first layer of dried fruits. Put in a cool place for freezing jelly.
The third layer
In 2 cups of water, mix 0.5 cups of peanuts or nuts. Water can be replaced with soy milk or corn cream. Add 1 teaspoon of agar-agar. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Add the honey or syrup, stevia, or any other natural sweetener (syrup Jerusalem artichoke, agave, dates, cane sugar, etc.). Pour over the second layer, making sure it hardened. Put the cake in a cool place. When the whole mass will become solid, jelly-like, remove a collapsible form through a strainer sprinkle with our “Christmas miracle” bean. Can be decorated with fruit or dried fruit. The cake is ready!
