Digitized the exhibition “Treasures of museums of Russia” can be seen on the network

    

The exhibition “Treasures of museums of Russia” in the Central exhibition hall “Manege” in Moscow, which in November for three weeks was visited by over 250 thousand people, was digitized, reports TASS. It will soon be seen on the Internet, said Tuesday at a meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation on Tuesday, the Director of the museums Department of the Ministry Vladislav Kononov.

“The exhibition was open only three weeks, was very sorry to finish it. Countless complaints about the possible extension of this exhibition was received. So this exhibition on behalf of the Minister [of culture] was digitized. 3D tour was created and will soon be available on the Internet,” – said Kononov.

According to him, to take a virtual walk through the exhibition will be on portals “Story.Russia”, “Culture.of the Russian Federation” on the website of the project “Russia – my story”.

The exhibition “Treasures of museums of Russia” has officially opened on the 4th of November 2018 with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill. The exhibition, which lasted until November 25, was held in the framework of the XVII Church and society exhibition-forum “Orthodox Russia to the Day of national unity”. In “Arena” showed about 280 artifacts from 50 museums in Russia. The exhibition includes from different parts of the country, from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad, from Khanty-Mansiysk to Feodosiya, from Central Russia and the Volga region.

    

Guests of the exhibition saw a unique icon “Tenderness”, as well as masterpieces by Karl Briullov, Ivan Aivazovsky, Isaac Levitan, Ilya Repin, Valentin Serov, Boris Kustodiev, Alexander Deineki and many others.
