30 July 2018 in Moscow under the chairmanship of the Plenipotentiary representative of RF President in VFD Mikhail Babich held a meeting of the Board of Trustees for the revival of the historic appearance of the Sarov and Diveyevo monasteries, reports the website of the Mission. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Finance Andrey Ivanov, head of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin, Metropolitan of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas, Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on constitutional legislation and state construction Andrey Klishas, General Director — Chairman of the Board JSC “RZD” Oleg Belozerov, Director of RPS development of the state Corporation “Rosatom” Sergey carts.
The Board of Trustees on revival of the Sarov and Diveyevo monasteries created with the blessing of his Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill, in 2017 it was headed by Mikhail Babich.
The meeting discussed issues of current activities and prospects of development of the Sarov and Diveyevo monasteries.
One of the topics of discussion was the question of the inclusion of measures on development of pilgrimage tourism cluster Arzamas-Diveevo-Sarov in the national project “Culture” in a separate Federal project “the Pilgrim-tourist cluster”.
Also at the meeting of the Board of Trustees reviewed the infrastructure development of the territory: the construction and repair of roads, water supply and drainage, construction of a bus station in the village of Diveevo, improve public spaces in Diveevo and Sarov.

Holy Dormition monastery of Sarov monastery was founded in the early XVII century in the North of the Tambov province in temnikovsky district (nowadays Sarov city in Nizhny Novgorod region). Known as the place where he asceticised the monk Seraphim of Sarov, one of the most revered Orthodox ascetics and saints.
