In Moscow, Irina will host the international forum “the Spiritual foundations of the Slavic world. 1030-anniversary of the baptism of Rus”

    

25 Nov 2018 13.00 ( registration from 12.30) in the temple of Saint Martyr Irina ( address: Moscow, St. Friedrich Engels, 38 m. Baumanskaya) will host the IV Irininskaya forum “the Spiritual foundations of the Slavic world. 1030-anniversary of the baptism of Rus”.

International Church and public and educational IRININSKAYA FORUM established to:

  • to consolidate the efforts of educational institutions together with the Russian Orthodox Church to attract public attention to the issues of spiritual and cultural identity of the Orthodox civilization;
  • to establish a scientific dialogue between the Slavic States in the discussion of contemporary issues of the Slavic World;
  • to promote the preservation and dissemination of cultural values of the Slavic peoples;
  • to continue the study of the role of the Romanov dynasty in the development of the Russian State and the history of the Slavic peoples.

The forum will be held:

  • 25 Nov 2018 – Moscow,
  • 06 Dec 2018 – Vitebsk

The chair – Archbishop of Vitebsk and Orsha Dimitry, rector of the Church of St. Vic. Irina Pokrovsky of Moscow.
