In Novokuybyshevsk justified believer fined for testimony on YouTube – Your Bible

City court of the city has justified the believer and quashed the fine imposed for the testimony of the Church, which someone from the congregation recorded and posted on the Internet.

To participate in the process from Moscow came the head of the legal Department of the Russian United Union of Christians of Evangelical faith (Pentecostals) Volodymyr Ozolin. Legal Department Roshi made excuses for the believer in Novokuybyshevsk. 17 July 2018, the city court of the city ceased the proceedings on an administrative offense under part 4 of article 5.26 of the administrative code (implementation of missionary activity in violation of legislation on freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and religious associations) in relation to one of the parishioners of the Church of God of the city of Novokuybyshevsk of the Samara region in connection with absence of event of an administrative offence. “This decision is lawful and based on a complete and comprehensive study of the case”, – said in his comments the head of legal Department Vladimir Roshi Ozolin, representing the interests of the believer in court.

Recall the case history. 07 APR 2018 one of the parishioners of the Church of God in Novokuybyshevsk during the worship shared his personal testimony of deliverance from drug addiction and complete change in his life. Later, this testimony was posted by someone attending the meetings on YouTube. This is what is considered law enforcement officers of illegal missionary activity.
