3D video reconstruction of the Khersones
With the help of 3D graphics, the viewer can see what was from the point of view of the architecture of Chersonesos in the tenth century.
Filmmaker Alexei Alexandrov, together with a group of designers and artists has created a 3D reconstruction of Chersonesos dated to the time of Saint Vladimir. Video the Director posted on his YouTube channel.
“And that’s what Prince Vladimir saw Chersonesos in 988. This was the setting, the ceremony of the baptism of the Prince and his wedding with the Byzantine Princess Anna,” – said Alexandrov.
This work made by filmmakers in the framework of the project on creation of documentary film “the Great Chersonese”.
