The temple in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh was consecrated by S. Kushnytsia in Irshava district
The consecration of the temple was made Archbishop Feodor of Mukachevo and Uzhgorod and the vicar of the Kyiv metropolis Bishop Baryshevsky Victor.
The temple in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh in the village of Kushnytsya Irshava district was consecrated on 15 July, the press service of the Mukachevo eparchy.
The divine Liturgy was prayed for peace in Ukraine.
Accompanied by the worship choir of priests of the diocese.
At the end of the Liturgy Bishop Victor addressed the congregation with a homily. Archbishop Theodore expressed his gratitude to Bishop Victor for common prayer and the Abbot of the temple Archpriest Serge Pasule for pastoral labors.
Earlier, his Eminence Theodore, Archbishop of Mukachevo and Uzhgorod, consecrated the new altar and chapel in the St. George temple of the village Botevo Beregovo district.
