The Ministry of justice of Ukraine introduced a rule that the parent with whom the child lives has the right to take him abroad without the permission of the second, reports mignews.

According to the politician, now the parent has the right to take abroad the child for a period of one month and the second resolution is not required.
“We are introducing a brand European standard, when the parent with whom the child lives, can go abroad for up to 1 month with a child without the permission of the other parent. Previously it was the granting of permission was a tool of blackmail on the part of one of the parents,” wrote Petrenko.
The Minister also noted that the norm is part of the initiative “loves children”, on which the parent who does not live with the child, will be able to see him more.
