Iran four Christians sentenced to serious prison terms

Uncompromising government of Iran four Christians sentenced to serious time in prison for their faith in Jesus Christ. The sum of these four men was sentenced to forty-five years in prison for what they supposedly conducted an “illegal Church activity” and spread propaganda, which, as stated in the prosecution “threatened national security”.

“Several Iranian Christians recently sentenced to 45 years in the amount, only because they practiced their Christian faith: attended the Christmas meeting and organized home Church. If they go to jail, they will become prisoners of conscience. It’s happening right now, and we ask you continue to pray for the safety of Iranian Christians who face serious persecution,” explains Mike Ansari of the organization “a Heart for Iran.”

Organization “Amnesty International” calls upon the Iranian government to overturn the conviction. These four Christians, who were released on bail, pending resolution of the appeal.
