• people who have chosen the monastic way, to live so, as required by the gospel and patristic monastic tradition. First of all, the monk must strive and succeed in genuine love to the Lord according to the commandment of Christ the Savior to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and with all thy strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself” (LK. 10:27). At the core of each monk of the Charter is the love of God and neighbor;
• the monastery should be a place of prayer, where the monks are involved daily in services, prayer in the cell, studying the works of the Holy fathers, work on the obedience for the good of the monastery. All of this is a means by which the monk improving spiritually and seeks to be like Christ.
• prayer of the monk and the personal example of his pious life in accordance with Evangelical doctrine – the most valuable thing a monk can give people living in the world. Monk preaches Christ with his life. To lead to Christ may be the only one who sincerely believes in God and always in prayer. In the monastery should be created conditions for a spiritual life.
