The name of the new “Metropolitan of Kiev” Primate Fanara plans to make a Diptych immediately after the name of His Beatitude the Archbishop of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The Primate of the Church of Constantinople Patriarch Bartholomew addressed to the hierarchs of other Orthodox Churches to recognize the newly formed PCU, reported the website “Orthodoxia Info”.
Patriarch Bartholomew has written to the primates of the local Churches in a letter that it plans on 6 January to give Ukraine Tomos, and the name of the new “Metropolitan of Kiev and all Ukraine” wants to make the Diptych the following after the name of the Primate of the Czech Church.
Fanara the Hierarch said in his message that made the decision on this issue, “knowing the will and expressed desire of Ukraine”.
“Do you agree with these efforts, < … > recognize the Ukrainian Church as Autocephalous Church,” wrote Patriarch Bartholomew.
In his opinion, Toloko the decision of the primates of the local Churches will be fair.
“If we decide to ignore our brothers who are experiencing moments of agony in Ukraine, we will have no excuse on judgment day before the terrible, lonely and just throne of the Judge of souls and hearts of all people of our fair Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” concluded the Hierarch of the Church of Constantinople.
The Polish Orthodox Church has refused the request of Patriarch Bartholomew on the recognition of the ptsu.
The bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church also believe in that “obsessed chauvinists-Russophobes, led by the corrupt politicians, while “assisting” the Uniates and, unfortunately, with the illegal complicity of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, has deepened and widened the existing schism, and poses a serious threat to the unity of Orthodoxy in General.”
