Peach ice cream


  • 1 Cup peanuts,
  • 1 – 2 peach,
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup of honey.

Method of preparation:

Combine all the ingredients and beat well in a blender 1 to 2 minutes. Then freeze, remove from freezer, give a little bit to melt and whip again in blender. Freeze in tins. This will make the structure of ice cream soft and cream-like.
