Strawberry-banana smoothie with oatmeal


  • 5 – 7 strawberries,
  • 1 banana,
  • 1/3 Cup milk (can use soy, almond or water),
  • 9 tablespoons cereal.

Method of preparation:

Oat flakes pour milk or water and leave in the fridge overnight. Banana, strawberries and soaked the oatmeal in a blender.

Smoothie turns out thick, creamy berry flavor. To reduce the calorie content of the drink, not add it to the banana. Such a smoothie you can drink through a large straw or eat with a spoon.
