Composition:
- 5 – 7 strawberries,
- 1 banana,
- 1/3 Cup milk (can use soy, almond or water),
- 9 tablespoons cereal.
Method of preparation:
Oat flakes pour milk or water and leave in the fridge overnight. Banana, strawberries and soaked the oatmeal in a blender.
