Austrian citizens can now designate your gender as inter
The Austrian constitutional court ruled that authorities must provide official documents to third, non-traditional gender.
According to court act, Austrian citizens can now designate your gender as “inter” or “other”, reports “Week”.
“For the first time in my life I feel like I recognize the person I was born” – said on the announcement of a judicial decision, the plaintiff-“intersex”, the name of which is classified.
At the end of 2017 the validity of the “third sex” was recognized by the courts in Germany, then in the Netherlands. When making decisions, courts of European States proceeded from the judgment that “intersex” person with an implicit expression of the characteristics of a certain sex – male or female; the judgment of uncertainty the floor some people was formed including on the basis of medical examinations, the wishing statement confirming that they are neither men nor women.
