October 10, 2018 at the Moscow Sretensky stavropegic monastery, under the chairmanship of Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany held a regular meeting of the Commission inter-Council presence on Church law, said patriarhiei.
During the meeting discussed and adopted amendments and clarifications to the draft document on the Church disciplined (penalties) clergy. The canonical ban, the document says, is applied in order to restore justice and corrections priest, and the prevention of committing new offences of the Church.
The meeting participants also discussed current issues and plans of work of the Commission.
