The Holy Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church at the extraordinary meeting on 17 December 2018 was fired from the diocese, and banned from serving the Metropolitan Vinnitsa and Barsky Simeon (Ostacolo), informs a portal “Orthodox life”.
Also banned from serving and dismissed the vicar Bishop of the Kyiv Metropolitanate Metropolitan perejaslav-Khmelnitsky and Vishnevsky Alexander (drabinko).
This was at the end of the Synod said managing the Affairs of the UOC Metropolitan Anthony of Boryspil and Brovary.
