The UOC-KP called the conditions under which will commemorate the Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church

The ROC should review the decision of his Synod, I think in the Kyivan Patriarchate

The “Synod” of the Kyivan Patriarchate called the Russian Orthodox Church to revise the “unfounded decision” on suspension of the Eucharistic communion with Constantinople.

At the meeting of “Synod” of the Kiev Patriarchate, which took place on 20 October, decided that the commemoration of the name of the Patriarch of Moscow will become possible after the recognition of the Russian Orthodox Church Synodal decision of the Ecumenical Patriarchate from October 9-11, 2018. The corresponding decision is published on the website of the UOC-KP.

In the Kyiv Patriarchate called for a review of the decision of the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church about Eucharistic communion with the Patriarchate of Constantinople and announced that they see “no obstacle to Eucharistic and prayerful communion with the episcopate, clergy and believers of the Autocephalous Russian Orthodox Church as the Fullness of Orthodoxy.”

Also in the decision “of the Synod” stressed that “those bishops, clergy and laity who want, despite all the circumstances, to continue to comply with the Moscow Patriarchate, are entitled to it. The Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine will coexist equal with all other Churches and religious organizations, as guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of our state and international law.”

Recall, October 11, 2018 Synod of the Patriarchate of Constantinople announced the decision to return UOC-KP and the UAOC canonical status and abolished the anathema, which in 1990-e years were imposed on their managers, with the consent of the primates of all local Churches. As noted by the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill, “the Patriarchate of Constantinople has identified himself with the dissenters. Nekanonicheskogo, breaking all the rules, he invaded our jurisdiction, forgive Raskolnikov. Then, identifying himself with the dissenters, he became a schismatic”.
