I think that will be resolved, or at least the ways of solution of many urgent problems, with the ultimate goal of consolidating inter-Orthodox unity. In any case, the direct dialogue of the Heads of Churches is always better than an exchange of correspondence statements in the media that we have seen so far”, – he stressed.

According to him, in the Orthodox world and among the local Orthodox Churches now felt the General desire of unity and consolidation, and to solve the accumulated problems: “None of the local Churches is not configured for the generation of new schisms. “So the vain hopes of those forces, who hope to solve their problems even by a split between the individual members of the Ecumenical Orthodoxy,” – said father Nikolai.
