Members of the annual diocesan Assembly endorsed the decisions of the Holy Synod of the UOC of applause.
The diocesan Council and the clergy of the diocese Tulchinsky at its annual meeting unanimously supported the evaluation of the top clergy of the UOC of the so-called “unification Council.”
The participants of the annual meeting, addressed an appeal to the archpastors, pastors, monastics, and faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church regarding the recent events in the religious life of Ukraine, which on December 17 by the Holy Synod of the UOC adopted during the emergency meeting in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. After hearing the Appeal, the ruling Bishop of the Metropolitan of Tulchin and Bratslav Jonathan, auxiliary Bishop Sergius ladyzhyns’ke, members of the Diocesan Council and diocesan clergy, agreed unanimously with applause resolution of the top clergy of the UOC to consider a new Church organization, which was established by “the Cathedral” on December 15, the Association of the schismatics, have no relation to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
Earlier, the Metropolitan Jonathan (Yeletsky) summoned the clergy and laity of the diocese Tulchinsky try to strike splits its unity and vitality, keeping fidelity to Christ and the Church.
