20 Jun 2018 were the winners of small grants competition, which was held in the framework of the “Orthodox initiative”, according to patriarhiei. The grant Fund was 15 million rubles.
Applications for participation in competition were accepted from April 16 to may 21 this year on the website www.newpravkonkurs.ru. The winners were 146 projects from 48 regions of Russia and three countries of near and far abroad.
Implementation of projects will begin no earlier than July 10, will be completed no later than November 10, 2018.
In total the competition received 375 applications from 61 regions of Russia and four foreign countries. Requested grant amount could not exceed 120 thousand rubles. The grants competition is under compulsory co-financing of the costs of the project.
According to the regulations of the competition “Orthodox initiative”, the Executive Directorate does not comment on the reasons for rejection and does not enter on this subject in the correspondence and negotiations. Experts ‘ comments can be obtained from the diocesan coordinators. The diocesan coordinators who in turn can forward the request to the Executive Directorate.
